Question(s) d'jour:

If you were to die right now, what would be left undone? What would your biggest regrets be? And, how can you work to rectify them now?

  1. I suppose it is developmentally appropriate, but it would be, at the moment, all the stories I haven't written. Writing at least a page a day sounds like a good idea and doable. Thanks for asking.

  2. Egrets. I've had a few, but then again, too few to mention!
Really, I regret my constant weakness, inability to discipline my mind/body to the rigors of working through discomfort. Its a catch-22 situation. How can I achieve discipline in any area if I'm undisciplined?

  3. Intellect only goes so far in affecting personal change. To generate the needed momentum, requires an emotional component, as well. It may be a strong desire for, or a strong aversion to. But you may need to do some more contemplating on whatever subject, perhaps to a state of discomfort, to congeal the necessary emotional motivation to evolve. Maybe that in combination with meditation and/or discomfort practices to help you learn to stand outside of the discomfort. (Let me know if you need specific exercises.)
And, of course, remember that your habits and preconceptions of yourself are only that. Change begins when you open your mind to the possibility, and invite a new you to manifest within.
